Create an Adoption Plan. Your adoption specialist will help you create a plan based on your wishes and what you envision for your child. You can choose the adoptive family, determine how much contact you will have after the adoption, and make your hospital plan for when the baby is born.

Choose the adoptive parents. Adoption Partners will provide you with profiles of hopeful parents who may be a good match for you. Once you select an adoptive family, we will arrange for you to get to know them if you wish. You are in control of what the relationship looks like.

Plan your Baby’s Birth. Your adoption specialist will help you plan your hospital stay and your personal requests while you are at the hospital. Your caseworker will be available when you give birth and will handle everything adoption–related.
